Managed Recovery — 15% of Verified Recovered Value

• No recovery, no fee. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing.
• We only charge on money that has actually come back to you — a credit note, refund, or documented economic benefit — never on a supplier's promise or acknowledgement.
• A partial recovery is billed only on the amount actually recovered.
• If a recovery is later reversed, we issue a corresponding fee adjustment — we don't just keep the original fee.
• VAT/tax applies where applicable.

Worked example

A finding of £20,000 with £14,000 actually recovered: the fee basis is £14,000, so the fee is £2,100 — not £3,000.

What you control

You approve every supplier claim before it is sent, choose which findings to pursue, and confirm every supplier contact. Supplier refunds and credits go directly to you — Nalexi never handles your recovered funds.
